Changing Meeting Templates

When you make changes to a meeting template it will only be reflected on meetings that are created after the changes.  This is key to remember.

Think of this in the same manner as using a template in microsoft word.  When you create a document with a template it creates a new file from that template.  Any changes you make to that template have no effect on the files created from it.  Same concept with meetings in our software.
