Below you will find the specific role changes for users within AgendaLInk
Viewer/Board:
- Can view meetings and agendas
- Can add private notes
Standard:
- Can assign / add / edit agenda items to a meeting
- Can upload attachments to an item
Approver:
- Can reorder items on an agenda
- Can edit public registrations
- Can re-order public registrations
- Can mark attachments as public or private
- Can delete attachments
- Can skip steps in Ordered Lists
- Can Lock Items but not unlock them
Manager:
- Can create meetings
- Can edit schedule
- Can edit location
- Can publish meetings
- Can delete agenda items (Full delete not just remove from an agenda)
- Can delete attachments
- Can delete meetings
- Can cancel meetings
- Can upload supplemental materials
- Can delete supplemental materials
- Can unlock locked agenda items
- Can Set Agenda, Lock Meeting, and Publish Meetings
Admin:
- Full capability to do everything plus below
- Access to Process Builder
- Access to Settings
