1. You run your meeting with our live meeting capability.
With this method you will utilize our live feed, and digital screens to run your meeting in real-time. This will record timestamps, motions, and votes as you go through your meeting while relaying information to the public.
2. You manually record your minutes information
This method is used for boards or meetings where maybe you don't run them with our live capability. Here you will manually enter all your information.
One key feature we want to point out is that our minutes are entered into each individual topic. This allows for an easier down the road experience when citizens or staff want to review what was discussed on a particular item.
