If you've ever heard from support that there is an issue with a topic's attachment that causes your packet not to be created successfully then this how to is for you. We are going to show you step by step how to fix the culprit without even unpublishing your agenda.
1. Go to the Meeting
2. Open the topic
3. Click "File" -> "Unlock"
4. Go to Attachments and delete the bad file
5. Upload the file again.
6. Relock the topic via "File" -> "Lock"
7. This instantly fixes the web version of your agenda and now you are ready to generate your packet again. To do this go to the meeting properties via "Edit" -> "Meeting Properties".
8. There you will see a "Generate Packet" button which will force the packet to regenerate and email you when it's complete.
