Options

• Added the ability to specify whether engage is turned on or off by default when creating new agenda items.  (Engage is the ability for citizens to register to speak or comment on agenda items)

Actions

• Attachments: Added the ability to rename agenda item attachments
• PDF Export: Added the ability to export individual agenda items as pdfs.  When you export an item it will provide you with a pdf of just the report but also a "packet" if the item has attachments which will be the report and the attachments as a single file. 
  • To export simply press "File" -> "Export PDF" when viewing an agenda item from either the actions section or the meeting's section
• Minutes Info: You can now enter minutes information for any topic prior to running your meetings.  This is available for Manager or Admin roles.  The button will appear directly to the left of where you can set the estimated duration for a topic.  

Boards

• You can now customize the minutes document header information with the included ability to determine where to insert recorded information.  If nothing is designed here the software will auto inject a basic design as a starting point on that specific meeting's minutes.

Meetings

• Agenda Groups:  You can now modify not only the subheadings but also the names of each group when building your agendas.  Changing this information only affects that meeting and nothing else.  The ability to edit this information is available to Approver and above roles.
• Cover Sheet: When editing the cover sheet for a specific meeting you can now also modify the header

Minutes

• Document Header: When clicking "Preview Minutes Draft" you can now edit the heading section to be exactly what you would like.  This includes the ability to dynamically insert information where desired.  The available options are:
  • Board's Name
  • Meeting's Address
  • Start Time
  • End Time
  • Attendance List
• Changed the default font size when generating minutes pdfs on agenda items and their content to 12pt (16 pixels)

Sandbox

• If you are a user of our new sandbox capabilities the software will now show a red border on the left hand side of the screen as well as say "Sandbox Mode" above the version number at the bottom

Engage

• Removed required field markers on public registration forms.  If someone filling out a form prefers to remain anonymous they can leave the name field blank and we will insert the word anonymous instead.

Live

• When you open a public hearing on an item there is now a banner at the bottom of the screen to let you know the hearing is open.  Once you close the public hearing the banner will disappear.
