Agenda Groups

We now support making agenda groups children of a parent agenda group.  Thus creating "sections" within an agenda group.

When viewing the published agenda information, groups that are children of a parent group are indented to signify they are a child of the group.  Throughout the platform when something is assigned to a group that is a child to another group it will state the name of the parent with a - followed by the name of the group it's assigned to.

Numbered Fields (BETA)

We've added a new capability allowing you to create custom auto-numbering fields.  You can create its name, a custom prefix, and starting number.  We are still learning how clients want to use these fields.  If you want to utilize a numbered field, please reach out to support about how you would like to use them.  As we gather this information it will help us further build out their functionality and how you utilize them. 

They are access under "Settings" => "Topics" => "Auto-Numbering".  For any that you have created you can see what number it's currently at in the list.

Live Meetings

• The "Fail Motion" option is now visible all the way until you start a vote.  So that way if you have a motion and a second, but then the second is withdrawn you can fail that motion instead of previously having to do a vote to clear it out.

• Automated notification emails were starting to get quarantined by Microsoft due to a url they were deeming as a phish link.  That link has been removed to prevent future emails from not being fully delivered.
