Topics
- Updated the Topics list to utilize the meeting type wording from the meeting instead of the name of the board that the topic is assigned to
Live Meetings
- We redesigned how you select board members when submitting motions. Instead of there being a dropdown for motion and second there is a button you click to choose who made the motion or second. Once you click the button, you will see everyone's picture with their name below it and just simply click on the person. Thus removing the scrolling list that you previously used.
- Added a "Clear Results" button on the managers screen when voting results are being displayed allowing to clear out the results as quickly as you need bypassing the timers to that auto clear them off everywhere.
Meetings
- Added the ability to specify to use an uploaded pdf of your minutes on the public portal vs digital agenda built within AgendaLink. To deliver the pdf version only:
- Go to the Meeting
- Click "Edit" => "Meeting Properties"
- Upload your PDF by clicking the "Upload File" button next to "Minutes"
- Underneath there you can check the box that specifies to deliver only the pdf on the public portal.
- The final step would be to manually change the status of the meeting to "Minutes Available" in order for the Minutes link to appear on the public portal.

Bug Fixes
- Canceled meetings would still show up on the Home page under your meetings list
