Live Meetings

We now support picture in picture with HDMI when using computers at your dais vs having to use digital signage players or network streams.  It does require utilizing an HDMI capture device on every computer where you want to have this ability.  We built it specifically to work with the Elgato CamLink because it's affordable and easily accessible for anyone.

Board Portal (Official Release)

The ability for board members to take notes on individual items is now available via the board member portal.  These notes are then also available to them on their screens during the live meeting.  To see how it works plus a general overview of the board portal you can review the video below.

The new board portal does require any board or council member to have an email address in the software so they can login to access it.  If you want to provide your board members with access reach out to support and provide us with the email addresses that need to be applied to their user account.

Bug Fixes

• On the mobile video player the topics could potentially not show up to jump in the video but agenda groups would
• If you are using numbering for your agenda groups and numbering within each group a period is now added between the two numbers
• If using sub items data injection into your staff report it wasn't holding onto the data tag and breaking the link after first injection.
