Revision History

We've made changes to when revisions are added to the revision history inside of the document editor.  Instead of it creating a revision for every little change it now only creates a revision after all changes and the user exits the report.  This was done so they coincide with the activity feed log of "Document Updated".

It's also important to know that if you are using merge tags in your editor it will create an activity feed and revision the first time you open the report even if you don't actually type anything into the body of the report and that's because it's updating information in the document with the merge tags.

Live Meetings

We now support Picture in Picture via local network HLS streams for the board member interface.  Previously, the only way you could get this functionality was by utilizing BrightSign digital signage players while utilizing the HDMI input on the player.  By adding this capability we expanded the devices you can utilize without sacrificing picture in picture. 

This does require a different implementation for how board members access the software from the local network and requires our edge appliance along with a device that sends out the HLS stream on the local network.

Beta

• If you have users with the "board" user role, if they login to the software it will now take them to the upcoming "Board Portal" which is currently under development so you can get a preview of what's coming.  We are currently working on note taking and annotation of PDF abilities.
• Clients who are testing out the all new "Agenda Bill" functionality, there are some updates in this release which now give you the ability to test out the "Director Approval" and "Signature" sections of the bill.
