Voting Only Boards: You now have the option to create a board that is considered a "voting only board" meaning it doesn't publish agendas but instead can vote on items that are published via a different board.
- When you have a board set as a voting only board a new option appears in the fields section of agenda items allowing you to choose whether that item is voted on by the current board it's a part of or one of the voting only boards
- When the information is published it will notate if it's voted on by a different board on the individual items report and also the agenda cover sheet
- During a live meeting when you go to a topic that is voted on by a different board the software will verify who is logged into the meeting and for those who are a part of the voting only board they will be presented with the voting buttons as normal.
- For any board members of this voting only board who aren't logged into a digital interface the person running the meeting will submit the votes for those members manually
