This is a maintenance release to resolve reported bugs
- When generating pdfs it could use the wrong date in the filename because it wasn't using the local entity's timezone
- Removed an agenda groups subheading from the minutes document since it's not needed there and you have the ability to add your own info for the minutes there anyway
- Minor design change on sign-up kiosk that would cause the words "Click to Submit Information" to be overlayed on top of the divider line for certain screen resolutions
- Added the word anonymous if anyone uses the live sign up kiosk and doesn't enter their name
- When pressing "Test Live" or "Begin Live" on a meeting it will first check to see if there is another meeting already in progress in that room to prevent someone from accidentally starting another meeting in that room
- Resolved an issue that cause a table inside of staff report to bleed through an active motion's information on a board members screen during a lie meeting
- Resolved an issue that could cause agenda items to not render on the public portal under specific groups if you changed the name of that group for that specific meeting
- Resolved an issue that if you had a public hearing open during a live meeting and the manager changed to the timer page the banner showing that the public hearing was open would disappear when returning to the topic details section.
- Updated how manually voting for a member displays on the screen to resolve issue that could happen on smaller resolution screens where the buttons would be partially hidden at the bottom of the screen
- Added text wrapping to agenda item titles when working on them. With the new design it was making it a single line you would have to scroll to see everything.
- Resolved an issue with generating documents if using sandbox environment
- Added timezone conversions into our API to fix issue with meeting times showing up in CableCast dropdown list in UTC time instead of local timezone.
