Approval Flows
This is a brand new capability and allows you to design specific approval flows per board for specific "divisions" of users.
Sign Ups
- Added a new query option to the real-time sign up kiosk url of &all=true which will return every topic even if engage is turned off on it. The purpose of this query is for those cities who want to use digital signup but prefer staff to fill it all out instead of citizens. This way it will give them total control in real time
Engage
- Agenda Items are now delivered with the same design as the pdf generated reports (this includes for minutes and searching results)
- The custom minutes header is now also what is used when delivering the digital minutes to the public through the engage portal in addition to the pdf versions (for older minutes prior to this capability it will auto-inject some basic information about that meeting)
- Added new "Live Player" that will work with CableCast livestream iframe. The meetings page will auto update for any meeting that is currently active (not in test mode) with its own live player url as long as you have the cablecast info in the integrations section of settings.
- Updated the player page to utilize the same updated design for showing agenda topic information underneath the video
Live
- We've updated the slide outs and information in the middle of the screens to show staff reports with the same style that is done in pdfs just like we updated on the engage site
- For boards where the mayor only votes in the case of a tie-breaker we have updated the manager's screen during a live meeting so they can submit a no-vote. Previously that button was only the mayor's screen.
Misc
- Updated Action Items so you can turn engage on/off and enter minutes information even when they are published. It was previously hidden.
Bugs
- Fixed an issue with the vod player where if chapter updates were returned from CableCast the player wouldn't use those updated times to jump in the video
