Enhancements Release 5.11.2

Actions

• There's a new filtering option in the actions list that will allow you to filter by items assigned to a specific user
• Updated duplicating items to include any attachments from the original to be a part of the duplicate
• Added ability to include time when assigning due dates to tasks.  The time assigned will also show up on the home page with the task.  The time is also now included in emails when notifying a user that a task was assigned to them.

Minutes

• When viewing a meeting with approved minutes you can now still access the minutes slide out.  Instead of it saying "Preview Minutes Draft" it changes the wording of the menu option to "View Minutes".
• Added ability to add/edit/delete public registrations when working on your meeting minutes.  We've added a "Submittals" button next to the Motions and Minutes on each agenda item.
• Standard Users now have access to the Extend Action button

Meetings

• Added the ability to delete agenda groups from a meeting as long as there are no items assigned to it.
• Added sorting to the meetings table.  To sort a specific column simply press its header.
• You can now mark a meeting as "Complete". 
  • This option becomes available only after publishing.
  •  Doing this means you are done with this meeting but there are no minutes needed. 
  • The meeting will get moved out of the upcoming list and be available in the completed filter. 
  • From a public perspective they will still have access to the published agenda as it will continue to just say "Agenda Available" for them. 
  • Any items associated with that meeting will be locked and not editable anymore.

Engage

• The sub items field now appears on agenda reports underneath the description field

General Improvements

• We have started optimizing data traffic throughout the app.  With each upcoming release there will be pieces of this included

Bugs

• When linking minutes to a future meeting the items title and attachment file names that are auto generated weren't using local timezone
• Updated a meeting's public preview to use the new staff report design for public engagement
• If you had a bulk group that contained no items and you tried to view "Agenda Items' for that group during a live meeting it would cause an error
• The home page will now change it's wording to Join Meeting instead of Test or Begin if the meeting is already in progress
• If you made modifications to agenda items in the minutes aspect it was not updating the modified date of that agenda item
• Resolved an issue that would sometimes cause the meetings section to not show anything and the boards filter option to not appear

This notice is for any of our clients using BrightSign players at their dais locations

We are aware of the issue causing players to go black.  The issue is that the player is running out of processing memory.

We believe the issue is related to auto-scrolling pdfs.  Temporarily we have removed the ability to just flick and scroll through a pdf and replaced it with left and right buttons making you go page by page.  This is temporary as we test ways to give you the best pdf interaction possible on these devices.  We are actively working with the manufacturer on this problem.  As we find and learn more we will be sure and update you.
