Reports
We have introduced a new custom report builder that allows you design reports to showcase all upcoming agenda items. Each report comes with its own unique url that you are able to share to anyone you wish. (The URL doesn't require any sort of authentication)
A report has a few sections when building it.
1. Name. Call it whatever you wish.
2. Fields to include in report. The table by default includes 4 fields. Item Number (it's letter/number), estimated duration of the item, title, and agenda group. There are 2 additional columns available in the report where you can choose to include whatever other fields you would like. This includes custom fields.
3. Boards: To include a board in the report simply click it's checkbox
4. Agenda Groups: After enabling a board in the report a green plus button will appear where you can choose to include any agenda group's items in the report you wish.
These reports can be customized at any time and changes are instant.
Home
- Added a confirmation when pressing "Manual Minutes" on a meeting in your upcoming meeting lists in order to prevent accidental clicks.
Meetings
- If a meeting's agenda is set or locked, Approver role and higher can still access the "Remove" option to remove an item from the agenda.
- Added a banner to agenda building page that lets a user easily know if a meeting's agenda is Set, Locked, or Published.
- We've started to provide a way for you to manually set properties on a meeting without any software automations. This option is only available to Manager or Admin user roles. When viewing a meeting press "Edit" => "Meeting Properties". First available options are below, however we have plans to add more as we review support tickets where assistance is needed to manually do something a user doesn't have the ability to do in the app itself.
- Change the meeting status
- Turn on/off the Revised flag
- Manual locking / unlocking
- You can now upload a special notice as a pdf for a meeting. Once uploaded a new "Notice" option appears on the public portal where citizens can access the notice. You can upload this notice at any time to make it available. It does not rely on any a specific status of the meeting. The upload option is under the meeting's properties section as described above.
Video API / Player
- When syncing, chapter titles now include the letter and number to match the published agenda
- If you are using the "Live Topic" option for an agenda group, a timestamp and chapter marker are now sent via the api allowing to create chapter markers for the group on the video.
- This also makes the group clickable in our player allowing you to jump in the video. (Currently this capability is only for those who use the software with CableCast. Support for other services will be in the future as we develop a way to create your own chapter markers with a video hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, etc)
Bugs
- On smaller resolutions screens the boards list wasn't scrolling
