Mobile UI
We are happy to announce official availability of our all new mobile ui for accessing assignments, tasks, and mentions from a mobile device. When you access the app from a mobile device via a browser it will auto-forward you to the mobile app version
You can add an app icon to your device by using the "Add to Home Screen" option from Safari. Doing this will allow it to look and run like a traditional app
Engage Video
We've added a new section to our engage portal for quickly finding and accessing all meeting videos. This is available as a direct iframe or via our menu. Once there it will separate the videos into two categories. Any video related to city council and then all other boards.
This works with any meeting that has a video associated with it, so no matter if you are using YouTube, Vimeo, or a service like CableCast information will show up here. When clicking a video it takes you into the same player as when you click the video button on the agenda view.
(If you wish to have access to this simply send a request to support and we can enable it for your entity)
Misc
- Moved the approval field to the top of the fields list in order for it to be easier for staff to find instead of mixed in with all the other fields
- Added item number and letter to titles for assigned items if they are on a meeting's agenda
- Added the ability to filter assigned items in your inbox
- When using our agenda report builder, the report will now tell you how many minutes the filtered items take up of the entire estimate duration for each meeting.
- Performed optimizations on minutes generation api
- Added the ability to upload your own pdf or manually trigger a generation of a meeting's cover sheet and packet. Thus allowing you to utilize our automated capabilities or manually do things. These options are available in the meeting's properties.
Bug Fixes
- When manually adding motions for your minutes it wasn't allowing you to include members who were absent so you could mark their absent vote.
- Longer titles are no longer truncated when working on your meeting minutes
- Numbered lists in the document were missing the numbers on printable versions of a staff report
- Resolved issue that could cause the minutes pdf to be missing the header
- If moving an agenda item to a different group it would end up showing in both groups until you closed the meeting and re-opened it.
- If you tried to export a pdf of an agenda item that wasn't assigned to a meeting it would throw an error
