Activity Feed
This release comes with our anticipated activity feed / notes ability for agenda items. Here you can see changes made to an item, who made the change, and when the change was made (this includes your custom fields and approvals). Plus you can add in personal comments along with information about what's been done.
There's a bell icon at the top which will also allow you to follow that item's activity feed. Following the feed will send you notifications via email of changes made.
Misc
- Approver role and higher can now edit custom fields at any point. Previously those fields were no longer editable once a meeting hit minutes pending.
- Approvals will prompt a confirmation no matter what role the user is now to prevent accidental selection of wrong person.
Bug Fixes
- If using an all user custom field and it was required upon item creation, it would not include the title of the person and would require reselecting the field from the overview section to include the title.
- If you were to manually set a meeting's status to minutes pending or minutes completed from the meeting's properties, it would cause an error when opening up the meeting again because there was not automation behind the scenes to set start and time. So now the UI will put in temporary times for you if you do this.
- Export pdf should only be an option if the item is marked as having a memo (aka not just a discussion item)
- If you had a lot of agenda groups and tried to move an item from one group to another the list wasn't scrolling correctly
