ENGAGE
We have modified how minutes are displayed through our public portal so that when a citizen access the minutes it looks exactly like the minutes document. The difference is each item that has a memo and attachments are still clickable. So a citizen can read all the minutes information and still click an item to view it's staff report and attachments.
MISC
- When working on items from your assigned inbox you can now see what agenda group that item is a part of from the overview section
- Continuing to enhance data fetching and management to improve app performance
BUG FIXES
- When exporting a pdf version of an agenda item it would throw an error for any item that wasn't assigned to a meeting
- When generating a minutes draft and there is incomplete motion information it would prevent it from generating
- If you had a long list of motion types there was a chance the entire list wouldn't be visible because scrolling would stop during a live meeting when trying to add a motion
- On occasion when editing a motion while working on your minutes it could cause a motion to duplicate itself
