Tags

You can now add tags to individual agenda items and perform searches via the actions section for any items containing specific tags.  If there isn't a tag already available for your needs you can simply type your tag and press enter to create and apply it.  Please note spaces aren't supported in tag names.

Actions

• Activity Feed: Added full information of text in the description field when a user makes changes
• Report Custom Headers: We've added the ability to utilize more data via merge tags within the new editor.  The following will no also auto-populate
  • Description

  • Agenda Group
  • Agenda Number (3B for example)
  • Custom Field types of text and text area

Agenda Building

• When removing an item from a meeting's agenda it will now ask you if you want to put it back in the queue or you can choose a future meeting to move it to from a dropdown list

Live Meeting

• We've removed the showing of an item's title when there's a staff report since the report says what the title is anyway.  It would cause for redundant information in the middle of the screen and the actual report to be lower on the screen
