Agenda Items / Approvals

• If an admin is creating a new agenda item they now have the option to create that item "On Behalf of" another user.  When doing this it also changes the Approval Flow list to the approvals associated with the user they are creating it on behalf of.

Misc

• Removed the ability to change the board and agenda group of an item if it's assigned to a meeting if you access the item via the "Actions" section of the app

Bugs

• Resolved issue with items that had been created prior to v6 not getting updated with a new database field required to know if it was using the editor prior to release 6.  (we ran database migrations to resolve this with all items affected)
• We've modified how documents created with the new editor are rendered during a live meeting especially with regards to those who use digital signage players.  There were potential browser compatibility issues that could randomly cause the app to throw an error on the device.
• Several other minor random bugs were also squashed
