Live Meeting

You can now customize the live feed look and send a refresh to digital players so they update with the changes.

Changes you make on this page effect the topic info, no meeting, and voting results screens.

Misc

• If using our "Video" section of the public portal, you can now mark which board's that have videos should appear in both the "City Council" section and "Boards/Commission" section.
• Performance enhancements to the "Boards" setup section of the app
• Added support for utilizing digital nameplate hardware as a dedicated timer screen
• You can now change the name used for the "Memo" tab when working on agenda items.  To change it to whatever term you wish go to "Settings" => "Actions" => "Built-In Fields" and change the Memo Tab field.

Bugs

• Clicking in the description or title field of an agenda item would trigger an activity feed message even if nothing was changed.
• If you had a template topic set to allow registrations but have your engage default option turned off it would set that value to off when scheduling new meetings.\
• There could be a situation where a staff reports header would get updated with merge tag logic but not save the changes
• When trying to access registered speakers from the minutes building section and you opened the individual item and chose the submittals section it wouldn't populate correctly
