Meetings
- Added ability to delete a special notices from meetings
- Added a global settings allowing you to turn on/off the "DRAFT" wording that will go on an agenda print out prior to publishing a meeting ("Settings" => "Options)
- You can now create old meetings (previously the date picker wouldn't allow you to choose a date in the past).
- You can also change a schedule date to an older date.
Live Meetings
We have now implemented sync logic so that if any device goes offline, refreshes, or anything of that nature during a live meeting, it will auto-sync itself back up to where you are currently at in the meeting. This includes
- jumping to the current topic
- showing the motion on the floor if there is one,
- going straight into the vote if there is an active vote
Misc
- Added version checking that will notify you if you are using an older version and prompt you to refresh the browser page
- Updated the home page to show a broader date range of meetings instead of just anything scheduled for the current week. This was done in order to provide clients an ability to test their rooms even if there's no meetings for that week without having to create and then delete a fake one.
- Community Goals are now available as a merge tag in your staff report.
- Digital Nameplates will now automatically go black 20 seconds after you end a meeting in the room and will wake up as soon as you start a meeting.
- For any rooms that have nameplates you can also manually trigger them to go to sleep or wakeup via "Settings" => "Rooms" => "Nameplate Controls"
- Minor UI tweaks
Bug Fixes
- A manager's screen could potentially throw an error during a live meeting if switching between topics with details super fast (milliseconds between choosing topic) causing the editor to load before data was ready
- There could potentially be situations where if a manager's screen was refreshed or something of that nature during a live meeting it wouldn't remember what topic it was on and if you tried to submit a motion after this happened it wouldn't register the new motion.
- If trying to move through an approval process on an item that currently isn't assigned to a meeting the Confirm button wouldn't work properly because it was looking for the value of the meeting the item is assigned to and didn't have a backup value option if not assigned to a meeting
