Enhancements Release 6.3.0

Importing

• For clients who use 3rd party provider Novus we now have a scrape utility allowing you to import agenda items from a Novus URL into your meetings within AgendaLink.

Boards

• You can now disable aspects of a meeting's cover sheet (also known as the agenda to some)
  • Header at the very top (Disabling this allows you to utilize the exact header you wish via our built in editor)
  • Date / Location (This is the date and location information that would be at the top left of the cover sheet)
  • Separators (disable to remove lines that are drawn under agenda groups)

Live/Minutes

• We've added a new "Recuse" voting option during a live meeting and minutes management
• The "Live" or "Voting" screen as some call it, now utilizes caching so if you have users who like to pull up that url from other devices besides a digital signage player it will auto-sync to the current topic.

Engage

• We've added a new public site option that allows you to hide any "Pending" meetings from public view.  When you turn "Show Pending" off, the public portal will only show meetings that have at least been published or beyond.  Any meetings being built will not show up.
  • To Configure this go to "Settings" => "Options" => "Public Site Options" => "Show Pending"
  • This feature is turned on by default for everyone.

Misc

• We've added a second option for merging dynamic data into a staff report allowing for just the date of the meeting instead of the full text of day, date, and time
• Ability to hide inactive users from the user list in settings
• Ability to hide inactive boards fro the boards list
• Misc Data Optimizations for fetching / handling data
• Misc UI Tweaks

Bug Fixes

• During a live meeting if a manager would change from topic info view to manually control the timer and then go back to the topic info view, the full staff report wouldn't populate.
• When duplicating a memo template it wouldn't copy over the document details
