Agenda Topics

• When duplicating an agenda topic you now have a whole set of abilities allowing you to customize the duplicated item and even assign it directly to any future meeting of any board.  Previously the duplicate option would just make an exact clone and then require you to take extra steps to get it exactly as you wish (or where you wanted it).
• You can now enter in notes about a topic prior to, during, or after meetings.
  • To enter notes prior to or after, go to the topic and the "Live" section
  • During a meeting press the "Notes" button at the bottom of the screen (only available to live meeting managers).
  • When typing up your meeting minutes you can now view the notes while typing your minutes for easy copy / paste.
• If using Sub Items or Multi-Select custom fields for auto insertion into your report headers, they will now automatically start on their own line instead of all on the same line.

Meetings

• Updated default Meetings view to All (upcoming and completed)
• Added a new quick filtering ability to find the exact meeting you are looking for without having to scroll to find it.  (Similar to how the Engage portal works)

Authentication

We have officially added support for Okta and Okta Verify as authorization methods.  When using Okta it will auto-create users that don't exist in the app yet with standard user rights.

Misc

• Added a "Login to AgendaLink" button on automated emails to users
• When a meeting is deleted it will now add an activity feed entry to any item that was on that agenda showing its now in the queue because it was on a meeting that was deleted
• Minor UI Tweaks
• Data performance improvements

Bug Fixes

• A standard user when pressing to approve could continue pressing approve if they stayed in the topic without closing it
