Motioning
We've released the ability to set specific motion wording on agenda topics during the agenda building process and in real-time during a meeting.
- When you click "Add Motion" during a live meeting you have the ability to select "Custom Wording" which will always be the first value in the list.
- If you choose this option and the agenda topic has information filled out in the Motion Wording field under the Overview tab it will auto-populate.
- You now have the ability to edit this motion wording in real-time and then "push" the changes to everyone so it updates with the newly modified wording
Topic Visibility by Department
You now have the ability to enable the filtering of non-published agenda items so that only certain users can see them and not everyone. This also applies to searching for topics within the app as well.
There are a few steps in order to make this possible.
1. First make sure you have your departments setup and users assigned to them. Go to "Settings" => "Departments" and you can manage all that here.
2. Go to "Settings" -> "Topics" and make sure the toggle for Assigned Department is on. This allows you to set that field on topics (otherwise it's hidden).
3. Once that is enabled you will see a new option appear called "Topic Visibility"
4. A topic must be assigned to a specific department otherwise it will be viewable by everyone (you also now have the ability to 'un-assign' a topic from a department.
5. In order for users to see these items they must be assigned to the department (Admins excluded)
6. Once an item is on a published agenda it then becomes viewable by everyone
7. If a user goes to a meeting they will see there's an item on the agenda but won't be able to read it's title or access it by clicking on it. It's essentially disabled from them.
Custom Fields
- We've added a new custom field type of Link. This allows you to enter url and then have a button that will open that url in a new browser tab.
Users
- If a user has a "standard" role you can now manually give them ability to delete attachments on items. You will see the toggle option appear on anyone with that role
- Editing a user's information is now auto-saving
Meetings
- You can now see if all approvals are complete at the top of the meeting building page. If all approvals aren't complete it will tell you the count of how many are complete out of the total count of items going through an approval on the meeting.
Topics
- We've added a new quick action allowing you to easily re-assign any item already assigned to a meeting. This includes the ability to change the board and agenda group.
- We've also added activity logging for any quick action assign or re-assigns performed on a topic
Misc
- There is now a plus/minus 30 seconds option for the timer during a live meeting
- Added a new option to settings allowing you to include the time an agenda posted in the Date Posted info on the public portal.

Bug Fixes
- Weren't able to open and edit Minutes document header/footer from the Boards section after initial setup
- When generating draft or approved minutes pdf the heading section could potentially have a big gap after it before you would see the topic details
