Weighted Voting

You can now calculate a vote based on individual member's voting weight.  

• Under "Boards" you can set each members current vote weight
• During a live meeting you have access to a "Show More" button above the members list which will show each member's current vote weight
• When a vote is active, the meeting manager has a checkbox that they can click to enable a weighted vote instead of a tally

Recess/Resume Live Meetings

** please note we have tested for the situations below, if you have a different scenario where you want to use this please let us know in case we find anything that may result in unexpected behavior

You can now have multiple meetings all active at the same time in a room by "Recessing" a meeting.  This allows you to essentially pause a live meeting and keep all the data in tact and then pick right back up where you left off.

This is great to use when

• You have several meetings scheduled back to back with the potential need to quickly switch between them.
• You have meetings that last several days but it's all one agenda

When clicking Meeting Adjournment you will see the new 3rd option "Recess Meeting"

Agenda Numbering

One of the most highly requested features is now available!

You can now customize how your agenda groups and topics are numbered.  These options are set via the Agenda Template.

Groups:

• Numbers (default)
• Roman Numerals
• Letters
• None (choosing this won't auto inject anything and you can simply type whatever you wish)

Topics:

• Letters (default)
• Numbers (numbers the items inside each group)
• Running Total (numbering that continues through all the groups)
• None (choose this won't auto inject anything)

Misc

• Added 1 Minute, 10 Minutes, and 50 Minutes as new estimated duration options
• For an organization marked as private within our system it will not provide public access to published agendas, thus making accessing all agenda info require authentication
• During a live meeting, board members no longer have to click a 3 dot icon to preview an agenda item, they can now just click the card
• Added ability to upload supplemental materials from the minutes building section of the app
• Added an activity log if a user changes a topic from one group to another while in the meeting building screen
• Public Search results now show the date of the meeting they are on
• Changed wording of Motioned to Motion in order to match the correct parliamentarian phrasing
• Added ability to always show a button to control a seats microphone when using our digital dais interface
