Board Member Ordering

You can now drag and drop the ordering of board members via the Member List under a board's settings.  The order in which you have the members in this list is also the order used for live meeting members section and when showing voting results.

Proxy Voting

This release introduces the new capability of proxy voting.  (Is enabled behinds the scenes by the CDS team for those who need it).

1. From the boards section you can set who a member's standing proxy is assigned to

2. During a meeting, the meeting manager has the ability to manage all proxies.  They can assign a proxy, standing proxy, or remove a proxy for any user at any time.

3. Board members can assign their vote to another member simply by clicking the dropdown above the member cards on the right side of their screen.  (Any changes on either member or manager screen are reflected instantly everywhere so if the manager sets a proxy for a member that member will see it right away on their screen as well).

4. If a member has proxied their vote to another member, when a vote is active it doesn't show them their voting buttons and tells them its because their vote is proxied.

5. When displaying voting results, it will notate on a member's card if the vote was submitted by someone else as part of a proxy vote.

Misc

• We've added three new options for Group numbering.  They are the same as the existing ones except you can choose whether or not you want that groups number to also be applied to the topics within that group. 
  • For example, if you have letters as your group numbering and say running total for your Topic Numbering you can use the option of Letters (Headings Only) which won't add the letter before the topics number.

• If you changed a group's title on a meeting, when running a live meeting it would ignore the change and use the wording from the template
