Sign Ups
We've added a new sign up option for in your meeting space that allows participants to sign up on multiple items at the same time instead of having to do them one by one. This new URL also includes the ability for you to specify the exact fields you want.
If you would like to use this new URL please reach out to support with the fields you would like to have on the form and they will then provide you with the new URL once ready. (If you are using a sign up kiosk we will auto apply it to that device).
Engage Portal
We've added a new option for your public agenda access where you can choose to not allow anyone to register to speak on an item if "Engage" is turned on. When you disable this option, it means that people are only allowed to register to speak on agenda items via our digital sign up form which you provide in the meeting space.
Historical Data (Archives)
We are super excited to introduce our latest partnership with Legislaide. With this partnership, you can incorporate your agenda / minutes / staff report pdfs as far back as you wish to be searchable through our software. Powered by AI, you get near instant results from all your historical data and topics created in AgendaLink in a single search.

Bug Fixes
- Resolved manually generated packets not sending to the correct email address
- If you are using topic isolation where only members of a department can access topic info and that topic wasn't assigned a department, you weren't able to click on it to view the topic's details from the meeting building aspect of the software.
- If a user tried changing their own photo via "Your Profile" it wasn't saving the change in the database and would revert back to the previous photo when logging in again.
