Enhancements Release 6.7.0

Topics

• Any topic that is deleted is stored in a 30 day recycle bin behind the scenes.  If you need something restored please reach out to support and we can restore it.  We have plans in a future release to provide admins with the ability to access the recycle bin to restore things on their own.

LIve Meetings

• Meeting managers can now right click on topic cards so they can also access the full details of any item at any point in the same manner as board members. (This same slide out also is what is shown when clicking on completed topics)
• There are 2 new voting calculation options for majority and 3/4 which take into account all board membership instead of just those who are present.
• If you change the timer before you start it, the time you set it at will be what it will reset to going forward for the rest of the meeting (doesn't apply to board member timed speaking rounds).  The next meeting you run will return to what you have the default time set at in that board's settings.

Boards

Another highly requested capability is now available.  We've added the ability to customize the font of your agenda groups and topic information on your agendas in both web and pdf versions.  To customize the font used for a board, go to the board and the "Headers - Footers" section.  At the top you will see a dropdown where you can choose from the following fonts:

• Sans-Serif
• Arial
• Times New Roman
• Noto

If you are wanting to utilize a font not listed simply email support and we can get that font added to the available options for you.

Misc

• Misc UI Improvements
• Updated group subheadings text to be justified

Bug Fixes

• When working with motions in minutes there were occasions where the override default option wouldn't save to the db correctly
