Meetings
- Changed wording from Time Span to Meeting Date for filtering out meeting dates
- Changed to a year selection instead of things like "This year", "Last Year", etc.
- Added custom font setting to our built in agenda header builder and date insertions so those fonts also align with everything else
Action Agenda
We've added the ability to type up action agenda info on individual topics to easily notate action taken on items prior to drafting or approving your minutes. Each topic has an option to enable it which then will show you the text box to enter the info.
This info is then shown on the agenda in bold red directly under the title instantly on the published web agenda.
If you would like your agenda pdf to include this info you can regenerate it via "Edit" => "Meeting Properties" -> "Cover Sheet" => "Generate PDF"
AV Integrations
We've now enabled two way communication with Qsys DSPs that will allow you to use controls outside of AgendaLink like mute buttons or AV touch panels and keep the list of members in sync during a live meeting.
Examples:
- You click a members card in the software which goes green and the mic turns on, then the member presses their mic button to turn off their mic. That persons card within the software will then also update to show their mic is now off.
- A board member starts talking but no one turns their mic and you allow your broadcast team to also control mics. When they use the AV system to turn the mic on it will also show as on within AgendaLink.
Bug Fixes
- When editing a board's headers-footers for an agenda and you had a lot of information, when you opened the editor it would cut off the bottom part from being visible on the screen.
- On the live video player, only items that have published details are now clickable. Previously it was allowing you to click on every topic whether it had published details or not.
- If any dynamic data being inserted into a staff report was changed and the staff report was never opened after that (which triggers the data to update in the report during editing) it would cause the data to be incorrect on the published version. Common issue was agenda topic reordering in the meeting and the topic number being inserted would be off after that.
The data is now updated dynamically behind the scenes and stored back into the database when an agenda is published, the topic is printed, or an agenda packet is manually generated so it's always up to date
- If you tried to access a meeting's minutes and you never took attendance it would throw an error. The api call that fetches this information now handles this to prevent errors.
