Board Management

• We've added logic so you can only select either manager or admin for a member's board roles to prevent selecting both of them.
• Custom Nameplate Designs: You can now upload custom images for every member of every board allowing you to design your nameplate screens to look exactly as you would like.  When designing the image please use 1920x360 pixels.  If you try to upload a design with different dimensions it will show an error asking you to upload an image with the correct dimensions.
  • You will see the option to upload an image in the members list for the board.  The button to upload is under their name and next to the button you will see a thumbnail preview of the current image for that user.

OnAir

• We've introduced the ability to dynamically populate the type of meeting on any channel's layer within an Epiphan production system.

Import Utilities

You can now import topics from Granicus Legistar directly into a meeting within AgendaLink. 

If you are interested in utilizing this capability please reach out to support and they will work with you to verify you have the Legistar API enabled.  Once verified we will configure the integration and work with you on optimizations for quick and easy importing.
