Enhancements Release 6.8.1

Home

• For lower resolution devices we modified the home page to use tabs to quickly switch between sections instead of having to scroll down to see everything.
• The home page now refreshes the data every 5 minutes

Live Meeting

• Added a clock at the top of the page
• Added +- 30 seconds to meeting admins timer popup
• The topic title is now hidden when going to motions tab for meeting manager due to causing the motion capability to be pushed way down the page in the situation of long topic titles
• When motions are added they are now put at the top of the list instead of at the bottom.  This was done to improve the experience of submitting motions for items that have multiple titles and dropdown selection ending up off the screen and having to scroll
• If another manager joins a meeting already in progress (whether test or live) and they press to adjourn or recess that meeting it will prompt them that the meeting was started by someone else and send them back to the home page after 5 seconds.
  • The person who did start the meeting gets a notification on their screen of the name of the user who tried to end the meeting.
  • They can then choose to ignore that request, recess, or adjourn the meeting.

Meeting Building

• Added a document icon next to every topic's title in the agenda that is designated as having the memo option turned on (or whatever you have that field called) so it's easy to see which items have it turned on and which don't in the entire meeting. 
• Updated the public preview of a meeting to take into account if you allow signups on your public portal that way it's a true preview

Minutes

• Fixed scrolling when reviewing recorded motions and votes for those with large boards which was causing an issue in seeing all submitted votes.

Topics

• If a topic is locked there is now a red banner telling you the item is locked when you open it on the overview tab.

Board Management

• Agenda Group subheadings weren't showing exactly as you typed in the input field after you would update to include things like carriage returns.

Approval Processes

• All users now see the full list of approvers when clicking the approve button. 
  • If the user has standard user rights it will not show "Mark Complete"
  • They can select the next user in the list after them (all others after that are disabled) or can send it back to anyone prior to them in the list

Engage

• For those with a live stream channel we moved the stream into a tab called "Live" instead of always being on top and pushing the list of videos down on the page
• Added a year dropdown option for filtering videos
• Added quick date filtering to the videos list so you can easily type to filter down even further in the list of videos
