Agenda Groups
- You can set which agenda groups can have topics assigned to them and which ones can't. There's a new checkbox to the left of the group's name. If you don't want this group to be an option when creating, duplicating, or re-assigning topics, simply uncheck the box. This will help dwindle down the list of agenda groups to only those that can have topics assigned to them.
Speaker Signups
- Implemented behind the scenes logic and micro services allowing any entity to link their existing speaker registration system with our software (as long as it supports API calls). If you have an existing system you would like to integrate with AgendaLink please create a support ticket as this is handled on an individual basis in order to review system, implement integration, and provide data mapping.
Live Meetings
- Added the ability to quickly filter the list of topics while running a live meeting. This makes it much easier for a meeting manager to find the specific topic to move to if you jump around a lot during a meeting and have a long list of topics. (There is a filter text box above the list of topics)
- Also added the ability to filter topics when you slide out the "Bulk Group Topics"
Meetings
- Added the ability to check a box to signify to only deliver a pdf agenda to the public portal for a meeting. The checkbox is under "Meeting Properties" and is under where you can upload your own cover sheet (or agenda).
- When you do this, the agenda button is still visible on the public portal but when someone clicks on it it renders the pdf and not a digital agenda.
- This is useful for boards who maybe do everything in word and then just provide a document for their agenda or when incorporating historical data. (When we import historical data our migration tool actually uses this and has been available behind the scenes for some time, but now we are providing end users access to it)
